I have had an interest in healthy eating for over 35 years, and whilst I chose to become vegetarian in my teens, I believe this is a personal choice and work with clients who follow any diet.
After many years working in a corporate environment and battling to maintain a healthy lifestyle whilst travelling and working long hours, I am now finally following my passion in nutritional therapy and health coaching.
I have also completed a practical nutrition cookery course at the renowned Leith’s School of Food and Wine in West London, as I am also passionate about making change easy and real for people.
My focus is on healthy eating and well-being, using the tools of nutrition and coaching to help people understand any nutritional gaps they may have, how lifestyle choices can impact these and how to find practical ways to fill those gaps for a healthier life.
I believe in a holistic approach to looking after ourselves: our lifestyle choices, the food we eat and the exercise we take. It is not about ‘diets’ or not having fun.
